About me and my therapy practice

My diverse experience in working with people from all walks of life enables me to work therapeutically at a calm and steady pace - your pace. I have been exposed to diverse cultures hence the awareness of the complexity of individual lives. The broad range of this exposure to various cultures enables me to approach at most challenging issues with an open mind.

While I have this understanding it is, however, your story and history which we will explore together in order to understand why you are seeking help and support. Together we will untangle the feelings, thoughts and behaviours so you can become the person you want to be.

Together we can find a way forward that feels right for you. I’m here to support you to be able to support yourself.

Availability

I offer face to face sessions on Saturday at a beautiful space in Hockley, in Nottingham. I am more flexible offering either online or phone, on Monday to Friday.

Fees £45 -£65 per session
